Setkim Kimya was the first company in Turkey to manufacture touchless foam-cannon car wash products. The car care group has been formulated and produced at our plant in Tuzla, İstanbul since 2005. It is sold in Turkey under the Divortex Car Care and Vortex Car Care brands and exported under the principal Divortex brand.

Who it is for
Car wash and detailing businesses, dealers and bulk buyers, and companies that want a car care brand of their own. Retail sales are handled through the Divortex shop.
Under your own brand
The whole of this product group can also be manufactured under your own brand. Because formulation is developed in our own laboratory, you can start from an existing product or we can work on the formula together against the performance, dosage, viscosity and fragrance you describe. The minimum order quantity depends on the product and the pack.
Certification and documentation
A technical data sheet (TDS) and a safety data sheet (SDS) are provided for every product. CLP/GHS label information and ADR shipping documents for hazardous goods are prepared on request. Production is audited by independent bodies under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Frequently asked questions
What is touchless (brushless) washing?
A washing method in which no brush touches the vehicle: the chemical is applied with a foam cannon and lifts the dirt on its own. Setkim Kimya was the first producer to introduce this product group to the Turkish market.
What is the difference between Divortex and Vortex?
Both brands come out of the same laboratory and the same production line. What separates them is the channel each serves. Export is conducted under the principal Divortex brand.
Can I have car care products made under my own brand?

How we work

Enquiry and sample
You describe your working conditions and the result you expect. We select a suitable product, or start from an existing formulation, and prepare a sample.

Trial and approval
You test the sample on your own site. Corrections to performance, dosage, viscosity and fragrance are made in our laboratory. The formulation you approve is placed on record.

Production and dispatch
Production is carried out at our plant in Tuzla, İstanbul, through processes audited under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The TDS, the SDS and, where required, the ADR documents are delivered with the shipment.
